Female Ejaculation How to Stimulate the Female G Spot Successfully

Female ejaculation is a technique that any woman can learn. With adequate g spot stimulation, women expel a clear fluid from the urethra when they orgasm. The quantity of fluid varies from women to women – some describe it as a ‘gushing’ whilst other women are able to ‘squirt’. Female ejaculate differs significantly in composition to urine. It is believed to be the female equivalent of prostatic fluid, since it contains PSA (prostatic-specific antigen).

G spot Location

The first step in teaching yourself the technique of female ejaculation is to familiarize yourself with g spot location. Your g spot is situated about 3cm (1.2ins) into the vagina, within the front wall, directly behind the pubic bone, and along the course of the urethra. The size, as well as the exact location of the G-spot varies from woman to woman, as does its level of sensitivity. The g spot can be more easily located when a woman is aroused. It feels somewhat swollen and more sensitive that the rest of vaginal tissue and may have a slightly ridged texture.

G spot Stimulation

Stroke, press or pulsate this area as vigorously as feels pleasant to you. You may wish to alternate between G-spot and clitoral stimulation.

At the point of orgasm, ensure that you are pushing down and outwards with your PC muscles. If it doesn’t happen the first time, keep experimenting with different positions. Some women find it easier when they squat or lie on their stomach. It’s also important to exercise your PC muscles. Female ejaculation is far more likely to occur in women who have strong pelvic floor muscles.
